Refund policy

Thank you for considering or purchasing Rustic Mug boutique's gifts from the heart! We are dedicated to our incredible customers who have shown us so much support and whose success in our store means the most to us. Please review our refund policy, below including items that we are unable to process returns for. 

We have a 30-day return policy for unworn, unused items that remain in their original packaging (if applicable). A receipt of your purchase is required. No receipt? We may still be able to look you up in our system so be sure to contact us. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return do not qualify for a return. 

To start a return, please contact the shop at leslie@rusticmugmt.com or visit us in-store. Qualifying returns will need to be mailed or brought into the shop at the following address:

Fort Benton, Montana 59442.

At this time we are unable to process return shipping costs, thank you for understanding. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice anything not quite right such as the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate and make relevant corrections as necessary.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following types of items cannot be returned at this time: 

  • Specialty kitchen items: food and beverages
  • Custom, personalized products
  • Personal care goods: lotions, soaps, body wash, colognes, perfumes 
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
Please contact us at leslie@rusticmugmt.com or call (406) 622-6495 to request an exchange for any unused or unworn item if it is not what you were expecting. We are a small shop, shipping for exchanges will be billed to you. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If your product qualifies for a return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at leslie@rusticmugmt.com.
